Delivery Information
At PRIMALA WHOLESALE Ltd, we strive to process all orders promptly. Once you receive your order confirmation email, please allow 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. Rest assured that we will notify you when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
To provide transparency and convenience, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We offer free local delivery for orders over £50 within the UK. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00 am. On the day of our arrival, we will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer international shipping services.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We value your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you need to return an item, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. Provided that the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount, excluding shipping costs.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with the item in question.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. The time it takes to process the refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
