These Terms & Conditions, along with any Agreements, are collectively referred to as follows: The terms “Customer,” “You,” and “Your” pertain to you as the individual browsing our website and/or making a purchase. Our company, PRIMALA WHOLESALE Ltd., is referred to as “The company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us.”

All terms encompass the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to facilitate our assistance to the Customer.

For customers exporting goods out of the country, the following terms apply:

  1. Minimum Export Spend: £100.
  2. VAT Exemption: Goods must be collected by a reputable shipper who will provide a Collection Note and Air Freight Bill of Lading or a Shipment Certificate for Sea Freight.
  3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and debit cards only.
  4. Bank Transfer Processing: Bank transfer funds must be reflected in our bank account before goods can be released to you.
  5. Payment Restriction: We do not accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or cheques.
  6. Collection Timeline: Goods must be collected by the shipper within 2 weeks of purchase.
  7. Full Payment Requirement: PRIMALA WHOLESALE Ltd. must receive full payment before goods can be released to the Freight Agent.

These Terms & Conditions constitute an integral part of the Agreement between the Customer and ourselves. By accessing this website and/or completing a sale, you indicate your understanding, agreement, and acceptance of the complete Terms & Conditions stated herein. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
